This optional boards are intelligent controllers with serial interfaces suitable for stepper drivers.

The device communicates by simple mnemonic commands sent by standard RS-232 or RS-422-485 serial line. 2KBytes E2PROM memory contains user programs and operating parameters.

Indexer boards offer different operative modes and are overlappable on STP boards family in order to obtain complete and compact systems.
